Join us for a 3 day intensive in EQ, Neurobiology and ACTING!
You will learn:
· Acting theory and practice.
· The neuroscience behind communication, connection and emotions.
· How to understand what is taking place in your body when you feel anger, anxiety or even boredom (shutdown).
· A set of simple practical exercises to change your mood and your way of thinking.
· And you will have lots of FUN whilst doing all of the ABOVE while also practising your ENGLISH

Karoliina Sandström PhD:
If you needed to find a teacher to develop your understanding of the science behind your emotions, your mind and your body, Karoliina would be an excellent choice. She began her Theatre career more than 20 years ago in Finland but quickly relocated to England where she worked for professional theatre companies for almost a decade whilst studying her BA with Honours in Drama and her PhD with the title: Self and No-Self in psychophysical Actor training. Karoliina has dedicated her life’s work to understanding the human experience. Karoliina has specialised in embodiment, as an actor, a trainer of actors and as a researcher. Her passion is understanding and developing scientific understanding which allows us all to live in better relationships with ourselves and others. She believes we all deserve to have the knowledge and understanding to build successful lives.

Kati Ong:
Kati is an actress working in Endla Theatre in Pärnu. She is also part of improvisational theatre group IMPEERIUM and has been doing and teaching improv for 15 years. Having seen the effect on her own and others' lives, she highly believes that theatrical games offer improvement for people's mind and body, making lives better and happier. Improvisational theatre is all about training your mind and getting over the blocks you put there yourself.

1.Young person's name, age, gender, place of residence, contact, personal identification number.
2. Name and contact of a parent or guardian who is available throughout the camp days (for participants under 18 years)

4. For lunch, we can also offer a specialty of vegetarian food.
5. Consent that the camp instructor can take one picture per day showing the camp's activities, and improv theater IMPEERIUM can share it on its website and social media for the purpose of promoting the camp.

Karoliina Sandström:
Kui on vaja õpetajat, kes arendaks arusaama emotsioonide, vaimu ja keha taga olevatest teadustest, on Karoliina suurepärane valik. Ta alustas oma teatrikarjääri enam kui 20 aastat tagasi Soomes, kuid kolis kiiresti Inglismaale, kus töötas peaaegu kümme aastat professionaalsetes teatrites, omandades samal ajal bakalaureusekraadi draama erialal ja doktorikraadi teemal “Self and No-Self in psychophysical Actor training”. Karoliina on oma elutöö pühendanud inimkogemuse mõistmisele. Ta on spetsialiseerunud kehastusele: näitlejana, näitlejate koolitaja ja uurijana. Tema kirg on mõistmise ja teadusliku arusaamise arendamine, mis võimaldab meil kõigil elada paremates suhetes iseenda ja teistega. Ta usub, et me kõik väärime teadmisi ja mõistmist eduka elu loomiseks.
Kati Ong:
Kati on Pärnus Endla teatris töötav näitleja. Ta kuulub ka improvisatsioonilisse teatrisse IMPEERIUM ning on improvisatsiooniga tegelenud ja seda õpetanud juba 15 aastat. Olles näinud teatrimängude mõju enda ja teiste elule, usub ta jäägitult, et need arendavad aju ja keha, muutes kõigi elu paremaks ja õnnelikumaks. Improvisatsioonilise teatri tuum ongi enda mõistuse arendamises ja endale seatud blokkide ületamises.
